Th e position will be based in India. Position D e scr ipt ion Content Manager / Content Writer As a me mber o f the RFP Team, this position will be responsible fo r overseeing the development a nd ongoing maintenance o f co nten t use d to populate responses for DWS Proposals (i.e. RFP / RFI). As a Content Manag er / Content Writer you w il l work closely with Su bject Matt er Exper ts ( SM E) to ensure consistency o f cont ent. Work with In vestmen t Spe cialists, Portfolio Manage ment, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, etc. to proactively research con te nt chang es. Enhance exi sting conte nt structure and review processes Populate cont ent database ( RocketDocs) with approved and accurate q ues tio ns and responses. Clarify specific RFP q ues tio ns o r responses as an e xper t con ten t wr iter to ensure overall compliance, evaluation integrity and market positio n. Provide broader team dire ction o n where to get information for s pecifi c content. Perform Qual ity checks o n RFPs. Ensure message sen t out is consis tent across th e differe nt RF P Writers / Spe cialists. In addition: Develop and facilitate strong relationships with Content contributors, RFP Team and Client Coverage Division Conduct content database RFP content verification with respective SMEs and ensure content is compliant Monitor and implement quality control standards for content, grammar, style and formatting Liaise with Marketing and consult with RFP Team to ensure database responses meet strategic and stylistic standards, in accordance with industry best practices and DWS corporate guidelines. Ensure that the RFP content is consistent with other marketing materials and that all regulatory, legal and compliance standards are adhered to including regulatory exam review items. Provide support as a systems administrator for RocketDocs users Work with IT as needed to resolve internal system issues, upgrades, testing, additions/enhancements to the database, etc Can we add a bullet for Updating Product Standard DDQ's on a semi-annual basis Your skills and experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong work ethic, commitment to excel and proven capacity to work effectively with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines in a fastpaced, unstructured environment Strong English writing, editing and proofreading skills. Strong research and analytical skills. Ability to Create new content with li mited writte n information and/or by interviewing subject matter experts. Provide edito rial support fo r newly crea ted cont ent a nd u pdate co nten t to impl ement the most impactf ul messaging. Write accurately in English about a topic o r conc ept immediately after introdu ction .
