Job Description

Position Summary
The Online Course Administrator will manage and coordinate all aspects of online courses offered by the organization. This includes course setup, student enrollment, communication with participants and faculty, and ensuring smooth delivery of online learning programs. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills, along with a passion for education and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:1. Course Administration & Coordination

  • Oversee end-to-end administration of online courses from registration to completion.
  • Upload course materials, videos, and assessments to the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate with faculty, mentors, and content teams to ensure timely course updates and launches.
  • Monitor course progress, enrollment numbers, and feedback.
  • Schedule and manage live online sessions (Zoom) and provide technical support.
  • Checking of emails, resolving queries both through emails, whats app and calls.

2. Manage sub-projects of Department

  • Translation Works: Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth translation works of various courses.
  • Transcription Works: Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth transcription works of various courses.
  • New Course Creations: Assist in the creation and planning of new courses from an administrative perspective.
  • Mentor Programs:Assign mentors to courses and coordinate with students to form batches. Monitor and maintain attendance records for the mentorship programs.

3. Student Support & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for learners — addressing queries and guiding them through course access and use of the LMS.
  • Send regular course updates, reminders, and announcements.
  • Maintain accurate student records and issue certificates upon course completion.

4. Reporting & Quality Assurance

  • Prepare periodic reports on enrollment, learner engagement, completion rates, and feedback.
  • Track KPIs and suggest improvements for learner experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all online courses meet the organization’s academic and quality standards.

5. Marketing & Outreach Support (optional/additional)

  • Coordinate with the communications/marketing team to publish new course / webinar announcements.
  • Coordinate with the communications/marketing team for promotions of courses/ webinars.

Assist in email campaigns, social media updates, and promotional webinars.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
