As an experienced professional with 5 to 8 years of expertise, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the ORO procurement orchestration platform with a focus on supplier onboarding and risk management. Your role will involve configuring and deploying ORO workflows to ensure compliance, data integrity, and risk mitigation. Collaborating across teams, you will automate procurement processes and enhance supplier lifecycle efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and optimization of ORO Procure and Procurement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in procurement processes. - Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the ORO platform for supplier onboarding and risk management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, IT, compliance, and legal to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - Design and configure adaptive workflows in ORO to streamline supplier onboarding. - Ensure alignment with internal procurement policies and external regulatory standards. - Implement dynamic risk assessment modules within ORO for financial, cybersecurity, regulatory, and ESG risks. - Integrate third-party risk management tools and data sources for real-time supplier validation. - Customize ORO platform settings to meet business requirements. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve configuration issues. - Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems and other procurement tools via APIs.
