We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead and manage operations in India. The role involves overseeing all business activities in the country, including strategic planning, operational execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of the oil and gas industry. QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) · 15 to 20 years of experience in the oil & gas industry · Specialization: Overseeing business development and corporate functions in EPC projects, specializing in manufacturing Managed industrial projects in the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors Must have in-depth knowledge and a strong network of contacts within the Indian industry This role carries full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility Proven ability to lead large teams and complex projects Experience working in multicultural environments. · Competitive fixed package with excellent variable add-ons Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 per month Application Question(s): How many years of total work experience do you have?
