Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Country Manager (India) - Insulation, located in Gurugram. The Country Manager will oversee daily operations, including manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, managing local manufacturing agreements, acquiring potential manufacturing units, ensuring technology transfer, and applying the latest engineering technologies. The role requires effective leadership, business development, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive the growth and expansion of Wedge India in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain management
• Strong leadership and business development skills
• Knowledge of insulation materials and energy-efficient technologies
• Ability to manage local manufacturing agreements and technology transfer
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in the industrial, construction, or logistics sectors is a plus
• Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
