Job Summary:We are looking for a knowledgeable, and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to manage daily sales operations at our counter. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable homeopathic medicines, manage billing and inventory, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers visiting the store. Provide accurate information about homeopathic medicines, products, and their uses. Process sales transactions, billing, and handle cash or digital payments. Maintain stock levels, display arrangements, and cleanliness of the sales counter. Keep records of daily sales and report to the store manager. Coordinate with suppliers for restocking products when necessary. Ensure compliance with pharmacy and company policies. Build good relationships with regular customers and provide personalized recommendations. Assist in maintaining expiry records and proper storage of medicines. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Diploma in Pharmacy / Homeopathy (preferred). Basic knowledge of homeopathic medicines and healthcare products. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy for billing and stock management. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. Customer service-oriented attitude.
