We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused team members who love food, hospitality, and good vibes. --- Position Overview As a Counter Salesperson, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—welcoming guests, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring every customer leaves smiling (and full). You’ll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere while keeping operations smooth and efficient. --- Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide menu guidance and recommendations. Take accurate orders at the counter or via POS system. Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and dining area. Upsell specials, combos, and add-ons to enhance customer experience. Answer customer questions about ingredients, spice levels, and dietary options. Support food packaging for take-out and delivery orders. Assist with inventory checks and restocking as needed. --- Qualifications Prior experience in food service, quick service, or retail preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, energetic, and reliable attitude. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
