Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery items. Present and explain product details, pricing, and offers. Maintain product display and counter cleanliness. Achieve sales targets and upsell/cross-sell where possible. Handle billing, payments, and basic documentation. Maintain inventory records and report stock levels. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally. Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends and collections. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery items is an advantage. Polite, presentable, and customer-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
