Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves managing the store's day-to-day sales operations, assisting customers with product knowledge, and ensuring smooth interactions through both physical and online channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Website). The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, able to manage dispatching operations and contribute to the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring products are available and well-organized. Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization within the store. Customer Assistance & Sales: Greet and assist customers in the store, providing product information and recommendations based on their needs. Stay up-to-date on the latest product trends and assist customers with new arrivals and current promotions. Offer personalized sales advice to encourage upselling and cross-selling. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records. Online Inquiries Management: Respond to customer inquiries across various online platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and the company website. Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, promotions, stock availability, and shipping details. Convert online queries into sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process. Dispatch & Order Management: Handle order dispatching, ensuring that all orders are packaged securely and dispatched on time. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of orders. Track and monitor dispatched orders, ensuring customers are updated on their order status. Sales Operations: Assist in achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the store’s performance. Prepare daily sales reports and track performance against sales goals. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Customer Feedback & Relationship Building: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and customer experience. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Administrative Support: Assist with other store-related administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, reporting, maintaining records).
