Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers at the sales counter, providing product information, processing transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will play a key role in driving sales and building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:Greet customers as they arrive at the counter and understand their needs. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability. Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences. Handle cash and card transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Prepare sales invoices and receipts. Maintain product displays and ensure the counter area is clean and organized. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns in a professional manner. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Keep records of sales and stock levels. Coordinate with the inventory team for product restocking.
