Job Title: Counter Sales Executive (RSO) Retail Sales Location: Bengaluru Industry: Jewellery / Fashion Experience Required: 1 to 4 years in Jewellery or Fashion Retail Sales Key Responsibilities: Greet customers as they enter the store and provide excellent customer service Understand customer needs and assist them in selecting jewellery/fashion products Demonstrate and explain product features, quality, and value Handle billing and maintain accurate sales records Achieve daily/monthly sales targets Maintain cleanliness and organization of display counters Manage inventory at the counter and support stock replenishment Build and maintain a long-term relationship with customers Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality with customer-oriented approach In-depth knowledge of jewellery or fashion trends Good negotiation and selling skills Basic computer and billing software knowledge Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred) 1-4 years of retail experience in jewellery or fashion sector Local candidates preferred or must be willing to relocate to Bengaluru Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi will be an added advantage
