Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in the Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam, Vizag, Warangal. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to parents regarding stem cell banking services, conducting consultations, and facilitating the enrollment process. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and understanding of parental concerns Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner Experience in counseling or healthcare field Knowledge of stem cell banking and medical terminology is a plus Bachelor's degree Detailed Job Description Be A Brand Ambassador of Company at Partnered Hospital. Counsel the Expected Parents in the Partnered Hospital on Stem Cell Banking. Generate Leads & Presentation for Key Account Sales Team. Do Calling for Generated Leads & Follow up with Prospect.
