Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Counselor, located in Surat. The Counselor will provide guidance and support to students in their educational and career journeys. This includes counseling students on course selection, helping them prepare for competitive exams, and advising them on career prospects. The role also involves conducting workshops and orientation sessions, tracking student progress, and addressing their queries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in educational counseling or career guidance
• Ability to conduct workshops and orientation sessions
• Knowledge of various competitive exams and career paths
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Empathetic and patient approach to student interactions
• Experience working in an education service provider is a plus
