Role Objective: To convert inquiries into admissions by understanding student needs and aligning them with CapOasis programs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
● Explain CapOasis courses and outcomes
● Conduct needs-based counseling and suggest best-fit programs
● Convert prospects into paid admissions
● Maintain CRM/lead records and provide follow-up support
Requirements:
● Graduate, preferably in Psychology/Marketing
● Empathetic, persuasive, and professional
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
