Executive Assistant to the Founder

About the Role

This is not a routine “assistant” role. As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will act as the right hand to a multi-venture entrepreneur in Food, Technology & Business Consulting.

You will be responsible for managing schedules, driving MIS reporting, coordinating with teams, ensuring execution of critical tasks, and representing the Founder when he is unavailable.

If you’re looking for a regular 9-to-5 job, this isn’t for you. But if you want to work on high-level business priorities, own outcomes, and grow alongside the Founder, this role is tailor-made for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end calendar scheduling, appointments, and daily priorities.
• Prepare and track MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews.
• Drive technical automations, workflows, and productivity tools.
• Take Minutes of Meetings (MoM), ensure follow-ups, and track task closures.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution and accountability in the Founder’s absence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Business Assistant / Chief of Staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational & multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in MIS reporting.
• Tech-savvy with hands-on knowledge of automation tools, CRMs, and productivity software.
• Ability to think independently, take ownership, and deliver outcomes.
• Flexibility with work hours—time is not a barrier when results matter.
• Occasional travel only if required.
