Exp: Proven exp as an assistant for 8 to 10 years

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Management Graduate

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, having presentable personality
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Proficient in Technology Software like Skype, WebEx etc.
• Flexible to travel for meetings and support required.
  

Job Profile In Brief

• MD’s Office Management*:
• Visitor Management
• Managing Calls for the MD/JMD
• Coordinate and Organize meetings
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes (when required)
• Managing office supplies
• Email & Other Communication Management.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Draft emails and responses on behalf of MD.
• Ensure upkeep of Infrastructure and Equipment’s
• Travel Management*:
• Organize and Coordinate for Air tickets, Visas, Forex, Accommodation & Local transfers. Organize for appropriate gifts whenever required.
• Record and Document Management*:
• Ensuring storage and retrieval of all corporate records, documents, and reports.
