This is a full-time role for a Counselor at Karmel International School. The Counselor will provide academic, career, and personal guidance to students, facilitate group counseling sessions, and collaborate with teachers and parents to support student well-being. Additionally, the Counselor will be responsible for creating and implementing development programs and workshops and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The position is on-site and located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

Academic, Career, and Personal Counseling skills
Experience in facilitating group sessions and workshops
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with teachers and parents
Organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram

Salary:- Upto 45k
