Role: Software Trainer + Student Counsellor

Background Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Civil

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Train students in software like AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, SolidWorks, etc.

Counsel walk-ins and inquiries about our courses

Help students select suitable career paths based on their goals

Manage follow-ups, inquiries, and student engagement

Provide demo sessions and support conversion of leads

What we’re looking for:

Excellent communication + software knowledge

Friendly personality with a passion for teaching & guiding

Experience in training or counselling is preferred

Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
