Onboard Visas is leading name for Overseas Education. We are Licensed Immigration Adviser company for New Zealand since 2015. We have main office in Gujarat, India and Auckland, New Zealand. Our work form India is increasing so we care currently looking for an experience Counsellor for our Ahmedabad Branch.

·        Australia Student Visa Counsellor

·        PTE/IELTS Counsellor

Australia Student Visa Counsellor - Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students through the entire process of applying to universities and colleges in Australia.
• Provide accurate information regarding course options, visa requirements, and documentation.
• Assist with preparation and submission of visa applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration policies and education system.
• Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person consultations.
• Coordinate with universities and clients to ensure a smooth admission and visa process.
• Maintain records and follow up with potential students.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in student visa counselling, preferably for Australia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex processes clearly and patiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred

• Experience in working with Australian universities or colleges.
• Familiarity with GTE, SOP, and visa documentation requirements for Australia.

IELTS/PTE Counsellor - Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and assess their English proficiency.
• Guide students on choosing between IELTS and PTE based on their academic or migration goals.
• Explain test formats, registration processes, scoring systems, and preparation timelines.
• Assist in enrolling students into suitable training batches (online).
• Track students' progress, provide regular feedback, and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Stay updated on test format changes and immigration or university language requirements.
• Coordinate with faculty and admin teams to ensure smooth student experience.
• Maintain accurate counselling records and follow up with leads and inquiries.

Requirements:

·        Preference for candidates with English or Education background.

·        Proven experience as a counsellor in the education or language training sector.

·        In-depth knowledge of IELTS/PTE exam formats and scoring.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to motivate students and maintain positive relationships.

·        Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude.

·        Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
