Counsellor

Job Description:

Nurture and Peace Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic Counsellor to promote and manage our Awarding Programs, including Honorary Doctorates, Achievers Awards, and Excellence Recognitions.

The role involves counselling prospective candidates, explaining award eligibility and processes, and achieving monthly enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel candidates about various award categories, eligibility, benefits, and application processes.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Convert leads into successful award applications/enrolments.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with verification, content, and operations teams.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.
• Represent the foundation in events, webinars, and promotional campaigns when required.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/counselling (NGO, education, or awards sector preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle professional candidates with courtesy and confidence.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivated.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
