Counsellor

Counsel students and parents on study opportunities in:

USA
Ireland
Europe: Germany, France & Spain
Australia

Provide accurate country-wise information on:
Courses & universitiesEntry requirements & eligibilityTuition fees, scholarships & living expensesWork rights, stay-back/PSW options, and job scope

Assist students throughout the application process including:
University selection & course mappingApplication submission & follow-upDocumentation support (SOP, LORs, Resume, etc.)

Guide students through financial planning and visa process for respective countries.
Maintain strong follow-up with students and ensure conversions using CRM tools.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and institute tie-up activities.
Achieve monthly student conversion and performance targets.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build confidence and rapport with students & parentsStrong presentation and counseling abilityKnowledge of study abroad processes and timelinesAbility to multitask and work under deadlinesCRM and counseling software experience (preferred)

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred but not mandatory)

Experience in study abroad consulting, student counseling, recruitment, or admissions will be an added advantage.
