About the Role:

JEE/NEET Counsellors

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students & parents regarding PWs JEE/NEET courses, batches, and academic offerings.
Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions during walk-ins, leads from calls, and student inquiries.
Explain course structures, fee plans, and academic roadmaps clearly and confidently.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and admissions targets are met.
Maintain proper records of student interactions, queries, and conversions.
Coordinate with academic and center teams for smooth student onboarding.
Participate in marketing events, seminars, and school visits when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication (Hindi & basic English)
Strong convincing & interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with students/parents
Sales mindset with a student-first approach
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Good understanding of JEE/NEET domain (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in any field (Education background preferred)
1–3 years of counselling/sales experience, preferably in EdTech or coaching institutes
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Must be comfortable with an
onsite role
at the respective center
