We Are Hiring: Costing & Inventory Controller

Costing & Inventory Controller

Role Overview

You will be responsible for accurate product costing, inventory verification, audit coordination, and ensuring compliance across financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly cost sheets and analyse major cost deviations

• Calculate process-wise overhead rates

• Perform monthly Cost of Sales (COS) reconciliations

• Validate production order consumption against BOM and ensure accuracy

• Conduct monthly stock-takes and prepare variance reports

• Coordinate with Sales teams and auditors for stock verification

• Review inventory movement and compute stock provisions

• Lead audit coordination for statutory & internal audits

• Maintain insurance tracker for factory assets and inventory

Skills & Experience:

• 7–8 years of experience in Costing & Inventory roles (FMCG / Chemical / Pharma preferred)

• Strong analytical and costing skills

• Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems

• Knowledge of BOM, production processes, and inventory management

• Understanding of audit compliance

• Advanced Excel skills
