Job Description

  • Responsible for evaluating and analyzing client requirements and preparing outline cost estimates for projects and products.
  • To prepare detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for projects using CAD Software and excel.
  • To review and validate BOQ and cost estimates provided by design team.
  • To minimize cost of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality.
  • To prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, general conditions of contract, special conditions of contracts, etc.
  • To prepare cost break up for individual items considering base price and associated overheads to determine appropriate unitized cost for a product or product assemblies.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in interior designing or architecture.
  • Min 03-04 years of industry relevant experience from hospitality or modular furniture.
  • Sound working knowledge and experience in AutoCAD and SolidWorks with proficiency in excel and estimating software tools.
  • Numerical skills and Analytical skills.
  • Expertise in cost estimation, project financial planning, budget analysis and profitability assessment.
