Job Description

Responsible for evaluating and analyzing client requirements and preparing outline cost estimates for projects and products.
To prepare detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for projects using CAD Software and excel.
To review and validate BOQ and cost estimates provided by design team.
To minimize cost of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality.
To prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, general conditions of contract, special conditions of contracts, etc.
To prepare cost break up for individual items considering base price and associated overheads to determine appropriate unitized cost for a product or product assemblies.

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelors degree in interior designing or architecture.
Min 03-04 years of industry relevant experience from hospitality or modular furniture.
Sound working knowledge and experience in AutoCAD and SolidWorks with proficiency in excel and estimating software tools.
Numerical skills and Analytical skills.
Expertise in cost estimation, project financial planning, budget analysis and profitability assessment.
