Job Description: As a Cost To Achieve Project Manager at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in supporting program governance and compliance requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing and managing program reporting, developing accurate program forecasting, organizing and leading projects, managing project governance, and monitoring progress against the project plan. You will also participate in business planning activities and facilitate senior management decision-making by utilizing various tools and strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Support program governance and compliance requirements - Prepare and manage program reporting, including audit and compliance documentation - Develop accurate program forecasting to track progress and financials - Assist in organizing and leading projects, ensuring efficient execution - Manage project governance, controlling project tollgates, and maintaining change control - Monitor progress against the project plan and assist in removing bottlenecks - Participate in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning - Facilitate & support senior management decision making by the use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, stakeholder feedback, and HSBC strategy Qualifications Required: - Previous experience of Cost To Achieve comparable projects advantageous - Experience in project management within a financial institution - Strong skills in project governance, reporting, and risk management as well as planning and execution skills - Proven team building and leadership capabilities operating within a matrix organization - Ability to manage budgets and change control processes - Strong stakeholder communication and coordination abilities - Proven experience in supporting right-shoring migrations - Highly energetic and resilient individual capable of managing Program budgets to time and scope - Strong analytical and facilitation skills to ensure business needs and effective solutions can be quickly and clearly defined - Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.),
