Cost Control Engineer

As a Project Cost & Planning Controller at Collated Ventures, your role is crucial in ensuring financial efficiency and accountability across all real estate developments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and analyzing budgets for multiple projects, monitoring adherence to financial plans, and identifying variances. - Ensuring accurate allocation of costs to the appropriate codes, identifying potential overruns, and suggesting saving opportunities. - Reviewing tender documents, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders to align them with project budgets and requirements. - Verifying project-related bills, confirming work execution on-site, and coordinating with finance team and vendors for deviations. - Preparing and presenting monthly MIS reports, tracking budget vs commitment, budget vs actual, WO/PO-wise expenditure, and developing variance reports. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as the Project Team, Planning Team, Site Team, Techno-Commercial Team, Procurement Team, Accounts Team, Consultants, and Vendors. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Finance, or Construction Management (MBA preferred). - At least 5 years of experience in project cost control, budgeting, or planning within real estate or infrastructure sectors. - Strong understanding of project financials, procurement processes, and MIS reporting. - Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
