PQ Head (Pre-Qualification Head)

Experience: 6–15 Years

Qualification: Engineering / Finance / Business

Role: Lead the pre-qualification process for government tenders. Ensure accurate evaluation of eligibility, documentation compliance, and timely submission of PQ requirements.

Mechanical Engineer (Technical PreSales / Technical Sales / Technical Tendering Proposal)

Experience: 4–10 Years

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering

Role: Support technical proposal preparation and pre-sales activities for mechanical projects in government/AAI tenders.

Electronics Engineer (Technical PreSales / Technical Sales / Technical Tendering Proposal)

Experience: 4–10 Years

Qualification: Electronics / Electrical Engineering

Role: Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and tender submissions for electronics/avionics projects. Assist in pre-sales and client interactions.

Cost Accountant (Financial Bid / Tendering)

Experience: 4–10 Years

Qualification: Cost / Finance / Commerce

Role: Prepare accurate costings and financial bids for government and infrastructure tenders. Support the bidding team with financial analysis and compliance.
