Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders and corporate clients to understand their employee wellbeing objectives and ensure smooth program implementation.
• Manage daily communication and coordination with HR partners, employees, and wellness experts.
• Plan, coordinate, and support wellness sessions, webinars, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) activities.
• Onboard new corporate clients and users onto the wellness platform.
• Handle user and client queries empathetically via email, chat, and calls.
• Maintain records including service utilization, feedback, reports, and payment trackers.
• Collaborate with psychologists, nutritionists, fitness coaches, and operations teams to deliver impactful wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in

  Psychology

  ,

  Human Resources

  ,

  Business

  , or a related field.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of workplace wellbeing, stress management, and behavioral health.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Prior experience or internship in

  customer success, EAP, or HR coordination

  is an advantage.
