Job Description

As a Customer Success team member, your role involves partnering with HR leaders and corporate clients to understand their employee wellbeing objectives and ensure smooth program implementation. You will be responsible for managing daily communication and coordination with HR partners, employees, and wellness experts. Your tasks include planning, coordinating, and supporting wellness sessions, webinars, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) activities. Additionally, you will onboard new corporate clients and users onto the wellness platform, as well as handle user and client queries empathetically via email, chat, and calls. Collaboration with psychologists, nutritionists, fitness coaches, and operations teams to deliver impactful wellbeing programs is also a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with HR leaders and corporate clients to understand their employee wellbeing objectives. - Manage daily communication and coordination with HR partners, employees, and wellness experts. - Plan, coordinate, and support wellness sessions, webinars, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) activities. - Onboard new corporate clients and users onto the wellness platform. - Handle user and client queries empathetically via email, chat, and calls. - Collaborate with psychologists, nutritionists, fitness coaches, and operations teams to deliver impactful wellbeing programs. Qualifications: - Masters degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - Excellent communication, client-handling, and organizational skills. - Strong understanding of workplace wellbeing, stress management, and behavioral health. - Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). - Prior experience or internship in customer success, EAP, or HR coordination is an advantage. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications outlined above, you will gain exposure to corporate mental health and wellbeing programs. This role offers you the opportunity to work closely with HR leaders, psychologists, and wellness experts, providing insight into organizational psychology and employee engagement strategies.
