Role Overview: As a Training Coordinator in the retail sector, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with management to identify company training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions. You will oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures to ensure the effective implementation of the training curriculum.
