Corporate Strategy Manager

As a Manager - Corporate Strategy in Chennai, India, you will be an integral part of the Corporate Strategy (CS) team, working closely with Flex CS leadership and internal stakeholders to drive growth and innovation for the global corporation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading corporate-level strategy projects and work streams to drive growth, profitability, and innovation. - Preparing and delivering high-quality analysis & presentations to senior leaders and executives. - Providing coaching and guidance to analysts and associates on the team. - Assisting internal and external stakeholders with competitor/industry benchmarking, target assessment, financial reporting, strategic planning, and valuation. - Performing valuation and market sizing leveraging corporate finance metrics and industry/market level financial analysis. - Developing and delivering impactful presentations and participating in strategic initiatives with moderate direction and oversight. - Contributing to the coaching and development of the Corporate Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting/strategy, with 3-5 years of valuation experience in Corporate Finance. A consulting background with expertise in Finance, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in MS Office are required. An advanced degree is preferred. Fluency in English and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global organization are essential. Digital marketing & branding experience, strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and being a team player are desirable qualities.
