Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the credit portfolio to identify early signs of risk through effective

  credit monitoring

  and Early Warning Systems (

  EWS

  ).
• Track overdue loans,

  delinquencies

  , and potential

  Non-Performing Assets (NPAs)

  to ensure timely corrective action.
• Review borrower performance, credit exposure, and portfolio trends to maintain healthy asset quality.
• Collaborate with credit and

  underwriting

  teams to strengthen risk assessment models and improve credit decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust credit monitoring tools, dashboards, and reports for ongoing risk tracking.
• Work closely with collections teams to ensure timely follow-up and

  recovery

  of overdue or stressed accounts.
• Analyze portfolio data to identify emerging risks, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market trends to support sustainable expansion.
• Align corporate and risk management strategies to balance growth with prudent portfolio management.
• Track and review the performance of strategic initiatives, recommending improvements as needed.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of

  credit monitoring, portfolio management, and risk assessment frameworks.

• Knowledge of

  Non-Performing Assets (NPA) management

  and

  Early Warning Systems (EWS).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in

  financial analysis,

  credit portfolio reporting, and data tools.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
