Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced CSR Manager to lead and manage our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring sustainable and impactful CSR programs aligned with our organizational values and ESG goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement CSR strategies that align with Novel Offices vision and sustainability goals. Identify key focus areas and opportunities for community engagement and social impact. Plan and execute CSR initiatives, including education, environment, health, and community development projects. Liaise with NGOs, government bodies, and other external stakeholders to build impactful partnerships. Monitor, measure, and report the impact of CSR programs through data collection and storytelling. Ensure compliance with CSR regulations under the Companies Act and prepare mandatory filings. Drive employee volunteering programs and internal engagement in CSR activities. Manage CSR budgets and ensure effective utilization of allocated resources. Create communication strategies to share CSR milestones and outcomes internally and externally. Required Skills & Qualifications: Masters/bachelors degree in social work, Sustainability, Public Policy, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or related domains. Strong understanding of CSR laws, ESG frameworks, and compliance standards in India. Proven ability to manage programs end-to-end—from ideation to execution and impact reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
