Role Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and grow corporate sales in the system integration space. You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and proposing tailored solutions that align with our product and service offerings.






Key Responsibilities:


✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the system integration and corporate sales space.


✅ Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of corporate clients by targeting mid-to-large enterprises.


✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitches to showcase our system integration services and corporate solutions.


✅ Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and managed services.


✅ Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution documents.


✅ Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


✅ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.


✅ Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.






Qualifications & Requirements:






✔ 1-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in system integration, IT solutions, or corporate sales.


✔ Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, networking, and enterprise software is highly preferred.


✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


✔ Ability to build strong client relationships and manage complex sales cycles.


✔ Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.


✔ Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
