Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company.
  • Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.
  • Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.
  • Achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices.
  • Experience of team handling in Insurance/ any sector.
  • Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.


Qualifications

  • Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 2 to 7 years) in Insurance Broking.
  • University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
  • MBA from a reputed B - School.
  • Experience in team handling in Insurance or any sector.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures.
