Corporate Sales Managers play a pivotal role in driving a company's revenue by developing and executing strategic sales plans that promote growth and customer satisfaction. Their efforts are aligned with the company's objectives and market opportunities. The role encompasses a broad range of activities from analyzing sales data and market trends to building relationships with key clients and negotiating contracts to maximize profitability. Key Responsibilities: Should have experience in B2B sales Sell GAs relocation and real estate services to corporate clients B2B. Leads to be generated from Market news, networking, personal references client referrals, social media. Responsible for corporate account management - market penetration, acquisition, revenue generation and retention. Relationship management between the corporate client and the company by keeping them updated on all our services, through events, direct marketing. Identifying new markets and collating competition information. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate sales. Strong understanding of the Chennai market. Interpersonal skills and communication skills.
