We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive with prior experience in B2B sales, preferably from the pest control, facility management, or related service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate client acquisitions, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting revenue growth objectives.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through corporate client acquisition.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Generate new leads, run client meetings, and manage negotiations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in pest control, facility management, or service industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
• Existing corporate network will be an added advantage.
