Salary Range: ₹30,000 per month + Sales Incentive

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Personnel with a strong background in B2B and corporate sales. The ideal candidate will excel at building corporate relationships, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ideally have experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse local rental market trends and competitors.
• Develop and execute effective corporate sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present property features and benefits clearly in English and local languages.
• Negotiate and close deals successfully.
• Innovate and implement creative sales approaches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably corporate/real estate).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Corporate Communication.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to client satisfaction.
