Corporate Sales Executive

As a Corporate Sales Executive, your main role will be to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day communication and queries. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This will involve conducting in-person and virtual meetings with clients to discuss campaigns, strategies, progress, and future business. Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that meet client objectives will also be a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients - Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients - Conduct client meetings to discuss campaigns, strategies, progress, and future business - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns - Oversee the execution of campaigns to ensure they are on time, on budget, and meet client expectations - Prepare and present regular reports to clients on campaign performance and progress - Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging digital marketing practices - Identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio and contribute to revenue targets - Provide guidance and support to team members, especially junior staff Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in corporate sales or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Experience in project management and campaign execution - Knowledge of marketing strategies and industry trends - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you may also be assigned any additional office work by your reporting Manager or Director.
