Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Gifting Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of premium gifting solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential corporate clients for gifting solutions.
• Pitch customized gifting options based on client needs and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-ups.
• Manage end-to-end order processes including quotations, product selection, order placement, and delivery coordination.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with the operations and procurement teams for timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and reports using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle high-value clients and build long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
