As a Store Assistant, you’ll be responsible for managing the storeroom, maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely reporting of low stock levels, and coordinating with the procurement and warehouse teams. You’ll play a critical role in streamlining our inventory flow and supporting smooth production and dispatch operations. Responsibilities Maintain daily inward/outward register for raw materials and finished goods. Conduct periodic stock checks and update inventory data. Alert management on low stock levels and follow up with the procurement team. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and retrieval of items. Assist warehouse staff in packing and dispatching orders, when required. Ensure the store room is organized, clean, and secure at all times. Support monthly and quarterly stock audits . Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (Preferred: Diploma or Certificate course in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, or related fields) Experience : 1–3 years of experience in a store, warehouse, or inventory role in manufacturing, retail, or logistics companies. Technical Skills : Ability to maintain manual registers or use basic Excel/Google Sheets . Familiarity with stock control procedures and issuing/receiving documentation.
