Corporate Sales Executive

Feelivacation is a next-generation Travel & Wellness company specializing in corporate retreats, offsites, and destination weddings across India and international destinations such as Phu Quoc, Bali, and Thailand. We curate premium experiences in partnership with luxury hotels including Regent, Hilton, La Festa, and Marriott, designed to blend productivity, wellness, and rejuvenation.

We are building India’s most trusted AI-powered travel ecosystem—combining curated experiences, corporate tie-ups, and intelligent travel planning.

Experience: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients for retreats, offsites, and wellness getaways.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, Admins, CXOs, and Corporate Event Managers.
• Generate and follow up on leads via LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
• Coordinate with hotel partners to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
• Meet monthly sales targets by converting inbound/outbound leads into closed bookings.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Attend corporate forums, events, and exhibitions to promote Feelivacation’s offerings.

Desired Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi).
• Strong networking and client relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for travel, hospitality, and sales.
• Ability to manage CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in corporate sales, travel sales, or event management will be an advantage.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹20,000–₹32,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Performance Incentives: Up to 5–10% per closed deal
