Corporate Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing digital marketing agency. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales process by managing and nurturing leads, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

• Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming leads.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Accurately update and maintain the CRM system with lead information.

Sales Support:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings between sales representatives and potential clients.
• Prepare sales materials and presentations as needed.
• Assist in the creation of sales proposals and contracts.
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure timely responses and decision-making.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address client inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Manage sales-related correspondence, including emails and letters.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
