Job Description

As a Sales Executive at KNS Technologies, your primary role will involve driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and meeting sales targets. Your success in this position will depend on your ability to comprehend customer needs, convey the value of our products/services, and deliver exceptional customer service. In terms of business development, you will be tasked with researching and pinpointing potential clients within the target market or industry. This will involve generating leads through networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events, as well as maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients. Sales and client management will be a key aspect of your role. You will engage with prospective clients to grasp their requirements and customize solutions accordingly. Additionally, you will conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the advantages of our offerings, negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, and cultivate enduring relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. To meet sales targets and report progress, you will need to set and attain ambitious sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Keeping accurate records of sales activities and maintaining comprehensive reports in the CRM system will be essential. You will also be responsible for providing regular sales forecasts and performance updates to the sales manager. Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities will be crucial for providing valuable insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams. Additionally, collaborating closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and initiatives, as well as sharing best practices with colleagues to contribute to the overall growth strategy, will be part of your responsibilities. In terms of qualifications and requirements, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is necessary. A proven track record of surpassing sales targets in a B2B/B2C environment, along with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, is essential. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and cold calling techniques, as well as being self-motivated, results-driven, adaptable to changing market conditions, and willing to travel for client meetings and industry events, are also key attributes for success in this role.,
