Corporate Sales Executive

J.J. Trading Co. is a well-established dealer and distributor of building materials in Jamshedpur with over 35 years of experience. Representing leading brands such as Prince PVC pipes, Jindal pipes, ESSCO bathroom fittings, Johnson tiles, Roca, Parryware sanitaryware, Sintex water storage tanks, and more, we take pride in our quality products and services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B sales executive to collaborate with corporations, architects, and builders in order to drive revenue growth. Roles and Responsibilities: - Managing the complete sales process, from prospecting to successful deal closure. - Formulating business strategies to boost sales and enhance market share with key clients, while actively seeking out new client opportunities. - Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, builders, architects, and interior designers. - Generating sales leads by identifying and visiting construction project sites. - Securing new business agreements by understanding client needs, proposing suitable products, negotiating terms, and finalizing deals. Desired Candidate Profile: - 3-15 years of B2B sales experience, focusing primarily on project sales. - Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities. - High integrity and a proactive attitude. This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and commuter assistance. The working schedule is during the day with fixed shifts, and additional performance-based bonuses including quarterly and yearly incentives. Experience in builder/architect sales (2 years preferred) and general sales (3 years preferred) would be beneficial. Proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person.,
