The Sr. Real Estate Executive will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed property decisions. Key Responsibilities : Conduct site visits with clients, providing detailed information about properties and answering all client queries. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal oriented. Ability to conduct site visits and work directly with clients. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle be required. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in residential or commercial real estate. Knowledge of real estate software or CRM systems. Certification in real estate or a related field (optional).
