Corporate Sales Executive

Who you are

• 3–6 years of

  hotel sales experience

  in room night and banquet/event sales 
• Well-connected with

  corporate admin, procurement, HR, and event teams

  in Gurgaon 
• Proven track record in

  corporate contracting, rate negotiations, and deal closures

   
• Skilled in

  cold calling, networking, and outbound B2B sales

   
• Strong understanding of the

  Gurgaon corporate ecosystem

   

• Target-driven, relationship-focused, solution-oriented

   
• Presentable, confident, and an excellent

  communicator

   

What you’ll do

• Sell corporate room nights, banquet services, and MICE packages

   
• Generate leads via

  cold calls, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and client visits

   
• Pitch to

  HR, Admin, Procurement, and Travel Heads

  to secure contracts 
• Manage the full

  sales cycle — lead generation to contracting and closing

   

• Achieve monthly targets

  (room nights, banquet revenue, new acquisitions) 

• Cross-sell and up-sell

  F&B, events, and long-stay packages 
• Build

  long-term corporate relationships

  for repeat business 
• Coordinate with

  hotel teams

  for smooth booking execution 
• Capture and share

  client feedback

  for service improvements 
• Maintain accurate records on

  CRM tools, Excel, and reports

   

Must-have experience

• Experience in

  room night / banquet / MICE sales

   
• Exposure to

  corporate contracting and rate negotiations

   
• Strong

  corporate network in Gurgaon

   
• Proficiency in

  CRM tools, Excel, and reporting

   

Preferred background

• Experience with

  premium or 5-star hotels

   
• Bachelor’s degree (

  Hotel Management / BBA preferred

  ) 
• Willingness to

  travel across Gurgaon

  for client meetings
