Corporate Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for sales Managers with 1-5 years of experience in Construction Industry or Construction chemical industry specifically dealing with Building Material, Waterproofing

Construction sites, Dealers and Consultants. The Ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and engage with potential customers, including waterproofing contractors, dealers, and to promote our Product to construction or construction chemical industry.

- Candidate should be Willing to do Cold Calls and do daily meetings with new and regular customers

- Travel Should be ready to Travel to different Cities and Abroad for Sales.

- Should be looking for upcoming Expos / Exhibitions in Construction and construction chemicals industry and participate in them

- Sales Growth: Meet and Exceed sales targets, building strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our construction chemical products, including waterproofing solutions.

- Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback and competitor information to inform product development and sales strategies.

-Meeting Customers related to Infrastructure & construction Companies

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-5 years of sales experience in construction related products, preferably dealing with Building materials

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Should be good in Internet searching skills, emails, Microsoft office etc.

- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly

- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

- Good customer service skills

- Education: Bachelor's and Masters degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering or waterproofing industry
