As a Placement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners and organizations across various sectors. Your main focus will be identifying internship and job placement opportunities that align with the skills, interests, and career goals of our students. Collaboration with stakeholders from Academic, Admissions, and Student Welfare departments is vital to tailor placement strategies according to student profiles and requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives and networking events to facilitate connections between students and potential employers. - Plan and execute corporate engagement activities like guest lectures, student trainings, conclaves, and workshops. - Track and monitor placement activities, maintain accurate records, and generate reports to evaluate placement progress and outcomes. - Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and relevant regulations to ensure effective placement strategies. - Engage with internal stakeholders such as students, staff, and faculty, as well as external entities including corporates and alumni. Qualifications Required: - Hold a post-graduate degree from any stream. - Possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in campus placement within a University or Institution setting. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. - High integrity and availability for important projects 24*7. - Knowledge of industry demographics will be advantageous for successful performance in this role.,
