**Job Description:** As a candidate for the role, you should have a good understanding of local regulations and be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. Additionally, as a People Leader, you will be responsible for providing guidance to team members in specific areas of expertise. Your role will involve team handling, escalation handling, workflow time management, and prior experience in operations setup and reconciliation activities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement by monitoring and analyzing operational data and performance metrics. - Manage operations within a business area to promote efficient processes, risk management, and compliance initiatives. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations and alignment with objectives and SLAs. - Provide guidance, coaching, and support to colleagues to enhance delivery quality. - Develop KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer experience. - Create a safe environment for colleagues to provide feedback and focus on people agenda areas. - Manage attrition by implementing retention initiatives in collaboration with HR. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Shareholder management experience. - Project management experience. - Ability to handle data entry and check customer-specific requirements. - Prior experience in Doc scrutiny, operations setup, and reconciliation activities. **Location:** Pune, IN *Note: Some good to have skills may include technical systems and procedure training experience, Indian corporate banking experience, and the ability to complete high volume tasks.* Overall, as a Vice President, you are expected to contribute to strategy, drive change, manage resources and budgets, deliver continuous improvements, and demonstrate leadership behaviors. For individual contributors, the focus will be on guiding technical direction, leading collaborative assignments, and coaching less experienced specialists. Additionally, you will be responsible for advising key stakeholders, managing and mitigating risks, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of organizational functions, and creating solutions based on analytical thinking. Building trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and upholding Barclays Values and Mindset are essential for all colleagues.,
